Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the T-7A Product Support & Sustainment team in Berkeley, MO.

Be a part of the team that is breaking the norm! This is an exciting opportunity to join the T-7A Program. In this role, the focus will be on successful execution of all activities across the T-7A Product Support Program. The selected leader will interface with various cross-functional stakeholders and key Customer counterparts. This leader is expected to act with urgency, bias toward action and a team-oriented approach to lead the Sustainment, Product Support, Technical Publications, Provisioning and overall Sustainment Teams to drive outcomes and support growth within the T-7 Program.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in the area of Program Management.
• Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
• Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience leading cross functional teams
• Minimum of 3 years' experience interfacing directly with military customers and processes with a demonstrated understanding of customers' organization, requirements, planning and procurement processes
• Experience in military customer's maintenance concepts, processes and support systems
• Experience leading teams developing multiple product support elements for development programs

Summary pay range: $180,200 - $243,800
