The Role

You will support the enhancement of training and certification processes for production personnel. This role focuses on developing training materials, documenting operational procedures, and improving onboarding and recertification programs to accelerate employee learning, knowledge retention, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do (Impact Areas)

  • Develop audiovisual training materials to support onboarding and operator recertification processes.
  • Document manufacturing and operational procedures, ensuring clear and standardized work instructions.
  • Create step-by-step training guides and process documentation for production activities.
  • Collaborate with operations and training teams to identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from operators, trainers, and supervisors to continuously enhance training content.
  • Support the standardization of training programs and learning materials across the plant.
  • Assist in tracking training metrics and identifying areas for improvement in employee development processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on workforce capability and operational performance.

  • Standardized and updated training documentation available for key processes.
  • Improved onboarding experience for new employees.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active student pursuing a degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation concepts.
  • Interest in manufacturing, production processes, and workforce development.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a plant environment.
  • Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
