Role Overview:

As the Manager, Leadership Development, you focus on designing and facilitating impactful leadership training programs to enhance managerial effectiveness and career growth. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess learning needs, create tailored learning experiences, and deliver high-quality training in multiple formats. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, you contribute to driving performance excellence and professional development throughout the organization.

What you do each day:

  • Facilitate leadership training programs to strengthen managerial skills and leadership capacity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and recommend innovative learning solutions
  • Develop engaging training content, including virtual instructor-led sessions, eLearning courses, and job aids
  • Execute learning initiatives aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless delivery and execution
  • Implement and oversee coaching initiatives to support professional growth and team development
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
  • Stay informed about new trends and technologies in learning and development to enhance training experiences
  • Maintain high standards for instructional design, ensuring consistency and quality across all programs

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree or certifications preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, including leadership training
  • 2+ years of experience managing or coaching others
  • Strong facilitation skills, including virtual instructor-led training
  • Proficiency in instructional design frameworks like ADDIE and tools such as Adobe InDesign or Articulate Storyline preferred

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $102,000-$127,000 + Equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
