Think of yourself as someone who will be responsible for the IT Change Management Plan and implementation of processes and policies related to this function. We make sure we get the best of the best, after all, we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top notch. Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you will facilitate a Change Advisory Board meeting with alignment in the Change Management process. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will accept, evaluate, review and approve Change Requests with expert judgments from Change Advisory Board (CAB) members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide post-mortem review for every change request activities and reflect approved changes to capacity, configuration and Asset Management.

  • Monitor change request implementation and provide a weekly and monthly calendar of change request activities.

  • Provide summarized reports for successful and unsuccessful change requests in every CAB review meeting.

  • Document and control changes in IT infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. MS Project, Word, Excel).

  • Knowledgeable of Systems, Data and Voice networking equipment, as well as their installation, configuration, and maintenance.

  • With a good understanding of Network technology: MPLS, TCP/IP, VLAN’s and other Data Network technologies.

  • Have an understanding of IT Security requirements and Data Protection Regulations including PCI-DSS, ISO27001/2/3, Risk Management frameworks.

  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in the English language.

  • Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours.

  • With customer orientation and can do problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

  • Have strong presentation skills with the ability to speak before internal and external groups.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT / Computer-related course.

  • ITIL certified preferable. Also, IT related certifications are a plus: such as ITIL or Six Sigma.

  • Any Metro TaskUs sites

  • Hybrid - 2 days onsite & 3 days WFH
