KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Brand Communications & Activation, and will work closely with the US Marketing teams, and the Global Brand Communications and Creative teams.   This person will also partner closely with external agency partners in a leadership capacity to develop, implement and monitor Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and various marketing activation initiatives.

360 Marketing Activation Programs:

  • Support and implement brand’s go to market plans within the U.S. market supporting seasonal collections and innovation.
  • Execute brand activation campaigns to drive engagement and sales at key retailers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales, and brand innovation development teams in development and execution of plans.

Social Media:

  • Collaborate with social media agency to develop strategy and content for priority platforms, ensuring content aligned with brand voice and objectives. 
  • Develop best practices and strategies for social to enhance brand presence and build following.
  • Responsible for day-to-day communications with agency, and execution of projects to completion. 
  • Understand the social media landscape and follow trends to inform and refine strategies.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Manage paid Influencer Marketing initiatives from strategy to activation. 
  • Well-versed in the influencer space, including familiar with agreement negotiations, key talent, content trends and best practices. 

Public Relations & Experiential Events:

  • Able to manage relationships with public relations agency, assist with marketing briefs and keep agency informed of relevant news and updates to maximize opportunities for consumer PR coverage.
  • Well-versed in PR, understanding pitch angles, media opportunities, and go-to-market PR strategies. 
  • Support the execution of experiential events supporting seasonal tentpoles and innovation. 

Paid Social Media:

  • In partnership with agency, develop paid social media strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring budget alignment and goal achievement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing activation, including influencer marketing, social media, paid media, events, etc. 

Desireable Qualifications

Agency experience 

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand communication and activation strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadline.
  • Experience with budget management and ROI analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION

Base starting salary at $132,000/yr. The Base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
