This role blends data analysis with program activation to drive partner success within the Americas region. It encompasses two core responsibilities:

1. Data-Driven Partner Enablement: This involves leveraging data analysis to optimize partner programs and drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing Partner Program Performance: Evaluating the effectiveness of key programs (Designations/Specializations, TSP delivery, regional skilling initiatives, events, etc.) to inform partner targeting, program execution, and measure progress against priorities. This includes detailed partner-level reporting aligned with MPL and PDM/PTS to pinpoint skill gaps and recommend field actions.
  • Performance Reporting and Insights Generation: Delivering regular (monthly and ad-hoc) performance reports on scorecard metrics, KPIs, and overall ecosystem health. The goal is to provide actionable insights that inform business reviews (MBR/SBR/QBRs) and guide Center of Excellence (COE) activities.
  • Enablement Hub Management: Overseeing and enhancing the Americas Enablement Hub, a central resource and application. This includes managing event requests, coordinating Training Services Provider (TSP) activities, maintaining an internal events calendar, and tracking event insights.

2. Local Program Activation and Support: This focuses on successfully launching and driving adoption of global partner programs within the Americas region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and Supporting Global Programs: Ensuring the effective landing and utilization of global programs (e.g., ESI, LevelUp) by partnering with the Worldwide Enablement team. This involves developing clear calls to action for local field teams, managing partner onboarding, conducting field awareness activities (e.g., office hours), and proactively communicating program benefits and results.
  • Localization and Awareness Building: Adapting global program materials and communications to resonate with the local market. This includes creating localized newsletters, managing Marketing Asset Sharing Hub (MASH) requests, updating the Sales Execution & Operations (SE&O) calendar, and driving overall program awareness and activation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
