Overview of role:

Automation Analyst is responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the HR teams, helping to identify automation opportunties, proposing & creating desktop automation solutions.  The role will also involve close partnership with our Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) team & peers across our global Continuous Improvement (CI) team to understand right automation solution, leveraging from internal tools where possible ensuring the roadmap is accurately prioritized & timelines are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies technical solutions that meet emerging needs and improve efficiency of processes from an automation perspective.
  • Implements and maintains applications/developments including configuration, updates, testing, troubleshooting and documentation.
  • Consults with process owners, supervisors, managers & key stakeholders to understand the improvement opportunity ensuring support in the transformation of high quality, process execution throughout the HR organization.
  • Act as a change agent to improve existing processes, working closely with our CI Champions to leverage from their knowledge & expertise.
  • Ensure the global CI tracker is up to date, avoiding duplication of items & ensuring accuracy in report outs.
  • Brings forward new suggestions / ideas through team interactions, feedback & process reviews.
  • Flexible in approach to support core CI team, taking an interest in training, quality audits & presenting demos and / or status updates.
  • Ensures regular contact & interactions with regional counterparts to strenghten skill set & support automation progression.
  • Support global projects as required whilst maintaining steady progress in automation delivery within region.
  • Actively engage with the global CI team to ensure standardization & alignment of ‘ways of working’ whilst supporting a ‘one team’ mindset.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience using MS Office 365 process automation tools Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint
  • Business intelligence tool (Power BI) 
  • Desired knowledge of automation software (UIPath,  BluePrism, etc)
  • Able to handle large amount of data in excel or other data base programs
  • High Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Desired experience on Continuous Improvement/Lean Initiatives
  • High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations in English
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and develop successfully partnerships with customers and peers
  • Detail oriented
  • High Customer Service orientation
