Role Overview

In direct relationship with the People Development & HR Digital Solutions GlobalDirector, you will be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of our People Development Referential.

You will educate and accompany all stakeholders to adopt and leverage the system in motion and take part in designing Development Programs to support our strategy.

Key Responsibilities

People Development Referentials continuous improvment

  • Participate in the creation and continuous improvement of People Development processes, documentations and policy.
  • Contribute to deploying its latest components and maintaining them.
  • Take part in the creation of the first version of the Group People Development Policy.
  • Maintain the Competencies & Skills repository once revamped to take evolutions from the market and our organization into account.

Key addition and revamps of our referentials for 2025: 

  • Take part in the deployment of Career Pathing for all jobs, locations and divisions.
  • Leverage the to-be-deployed Grading system and Job Catalogue as cornerstones of the career pathing strategies, in close collaboration with HR Operations and C&B Departments that own these referential.
  • Take part in the deployment of Succession Planning for all locations and divisions liaising with the Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Department.
  • Lead the project to revamp the current competencies repository and blending it with a skill-based approach (defining categories, ontology, harmonizing and setting standards for competencies and skills naming & definition).
  • Take part in the deployment of Workforce planning solution and approach for the Group, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team

Stakeholder Education and Support

  • Design training and information materials with the help of the L&D Team to help all stakeholders adopt, leverage and navigate the People Development systems and opportunities for themselves and their team.
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars and kick-off for key moments (campaign launches, new releases, milestones of programs) to ensure maximal awareness and adoption from all stakeholders.
  • Conduct orientation and career meetings to help managers, individual contributors and HRBPs plan moves and anticipate specific development and mobility actions.

System Deployment and Activation

  • Take on the Key Administrator role for People Development Solutions (currently only Workday Talent Suite) to ensure new features and improvements are always leveraged to support our strategy.
  • Conduct a constant technological watch to anticipate the selection and deployment the right ecosystem of IS solutions to support our People Development strategy.
  • Propose solution and improvement based on the Information System's capabilities

Development Programs Design

  • Along with the People Development Director, and the L&D Department, take part in the development programs to prepare and support key career moments for all management levels and locations (e.g. graduate programs, leadership programs, management programs, coaching, mentoring).
  • Follow the deployment and the continuous improvement of these programs.

Data Driven Approach

  • Review, synthesize and communicate People Development KPIs at global, local and division levels, and codesign adapted actions to fit with the specific situations.
  • Configure and continuously improve Talent Development reporting suite for all stakeholders in Workday and PowerBI to easily track and leverage talent management data to take actions.
  • Take part in drafting People Development budgets based on data inputs.

This role requires a strong partnership with HR Operations team to engage local teams and manage their Talent Development at a local level. You will also be expected to follow-up on internal candidates success’ rate and data with the Talent Acquisition team, proposing and accompanying internal candidates when relevant.
