MISSIONS CORE HOURS: Installation Participate in building site rollout and overall security Creating the routes required for masonry works Building site completion Forward the equipment needed for the building site: choose the right tools and equipment, check that they work properly. Anticipate equipment requirements and request the corresponding supplies. Use the building site’s small equipment and machines. Quality, Prevention, Security and Environment Produce reporting for various managers regarding the completed construction works and difficulties experienced Ensure the quality and security of the works within the set time frame Manage environmental constraints and ensure the full adoption of the corresponding measures Building site withdrawal Maintain clear access to the building site and facilities, maintain the building site’s signage. Clean up the work area and stow away building site equipment Ensure recovery of unused materials upon building site completion SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES AER MASON Concrete placing installation and preparation Work with installer to review distribution and three-dimensional positioning of the guide wire and plates in relation to the construction to be completed Implement reinforcements, wires and water passages by respecting the standards (covering, welding, tying, spacing, etc.) Carry out formwork Masonry Carry out the finishing masonry on the cast construction work Carry out manual masonry on extruded constructions (safety barrier lowering, boat passage) Perform standard concrete placing vibration Work with exposed aggregate concrete Smooth and finish concrete slabs (troweling + screeding + flushing) EXTRUDED CONCRETE INSTALLER Installation Identify the work area with the Team Leader Position the installation plates along the entire length of the pouring area Position an installation pin at the beginning and end of the pouring area To achieve this, the installation is sunk into the ground Unwind the installation string Work in pairs/twos to review set-up and three-dimensional positioning of the string and the plates in relation to the construction to be completed As work progresses, identify other concrete placing areas Gradually stow the plates in the truck before placing them in a plate box Masonry Complete masonry work during concrete placing Assist Machine Operator in arranging mold sets EXTERNAL WORKS MASON Pipe laying Adjust the excavation floor, put the networks in place (pvc, cast iron, sandstone). Lay the various service pipes: connections to inspection chambers, breech-pieces, pressure taps, miscellaneous installations. Set up dry networks (telecom, electrical) Masonry Make mortar and concrete mixes and choose aggregates and doses; help to lay roadsides/curbstones. Lay or assist with the laying of roadsides/curbstones.  Align and elevate concrete blocks. Assemble prefabricated parts (for observation wells, retaining walls). Dig trickle channels and carry out finishing work (patching, coating) Concrete Carry out standard formwork. Make and implement traditional, simple or complex formwork. Assemble simple reinforcements. Coatings Carry out exposed aggregate concrete surfaces. Lay paving stones and concrete slabs. JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience required: Industrial or traditional masonry, Joinery Various authorizations may be required depending on specialization JOB ENVIRONMENT Reporting line: Team Leader or Site Supervisor Building Site Team  Internal relations: Building Site Team, Quality Prevention Safety and Environmental (QPSE) Coordinator, Machine/Vehicle Operators  External relations: Co- and sub-contractors, Delivery employees, Temporary employees
