Department Overview

EHS department provides technical expertise, implementation of protocols and guidance for safety, occupational health, and environmental programs and services. Evaluates and monitors company practices to ensure compliance with all environmental, health and safety governmental regulations of the country.


Job Description

  • Assist in the control and monitoring of the validity of the Occupational Health Certificate (ASO);
  • Provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) to employees and record the deliveries in a document;
  • Assist in Risk Assessment in the workplace (office and/or clients);
  • Support the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Team;
  • Request training focused on EHS routines for employees;
  • Assist in issuing specific documents related to the EHS routine;
  • Monitor the validity period of Reports, Programs, Certificates, and other documents related to the EHS sector;
  • Fill in control spreadsheets and assist in sending information in a computerized system (MSI and clients) for EHS data entry;
  • Participate in EHS meetings and committees and clarify and provide support to employees.


Basic Requirements

Basic Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Google Suite;
  • Studying for a Technical degree in Occupational Safety or
  • Studying for a graduate degree: Technologist in Occupational Safety;
  • Studying for a graduate degree in Environmental Engineering or Business Administration (it is mandatory for the candidate to have completed the technical course in occupational safety);

Soft Skills:

  • A sense of responsibility;
  • Enjoy communicating, reading, and writing;
  • Handling sensitive data;
  • Proactivity.


Plus:

  • Knowledge of English.
