Your New Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a critical member of Warner Bros. Discovery’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This position will provide, and ensure their direct reports provide, a best in class recruiting experience to candidates and operational excellence to the Talent Acquisition team across North & South-East Asia + Japan. Responsible for rolling out best practice with regards to candidate experience and implementing process improvements across the group.

Time Period: December 2024 - June 2025

Accountabilities

  • Managing and leading a team of 2 - 3 direct reports (TA Coordinators), supporting with their development and being an escalation point for recruiters, internal partners or external candidates.

  • With the support of Talent Acquisition leadership, develop and execute comprehensive project plans for Warner Bros. Discovery enterprise-wide systems, process and policy implementations.

  • Drive collaboration with appropriate stakeholders (TA, Centers of Excellence, Global Sourcing, etc.) to accomplish company and team priorities.

  • Continually review, manage and optimize recruiting systems, programs and training. With a focus on local legislation (staying abreast of any changes) and cultural requirements.

  • Supporting the TA Leaders with project coordination – arranging and attending meetings with both internal departments & external vendors; completing project tasks as required; providing feedback regular updates.

  • Supporting with training of New Joiners (both recruiters & coordinators) on systems and processes.

  • Supporting multiple Recruiters in scheduling complex interviews across differing time zones, while providing an excellent candidate experience.  Interviews may include phone and onsite interviews, complex multilayered scheduling, videoconferencing and facilitating travel arrangements.

  • Being an ambassador in the candidate experience, managing all logistics for interviews and serving as the primary point of contact to the candidate.

  • Initiating the offer and onboarding experience for new hires across all brands of Warner Bros. Discovery, which includes generation of Offer Letters.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition Operations with a focus on project management, tools and systems.

  • Experience building, revising, and delivering Recruiting processes from the ground up in a rapidly growing global organization.

  • System implementation experience (preferred) e.g. new ATS

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Relationship management and influencing skills

  • Continuous improvement mindset.

  • Commercial - curious about the business and actively influences and contributes to discussions

  • Willing to challenge and debate issues that matter

  • Clear thinking - willing to make sound and prompt decisions
