The Production Operations Specialist is responsible for uploading/updating data for ONESOURCE Trust Tax clients. This position requires a high level of data entry skills in a fast-paced environment to obtain customer satisfaction. This is accomplished through in-depth training and a thorough understanding of the different applications used daily. The Production Operations Specialist will also effectively build productive customer relationships and positive internal relationships, take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty, and are focused on the big picture that supports the business perspective when making decisions and taking action.
About the Role
As a Production Operations Specialist, you will:
Process data loads received from clients and software vendor, ensuring data is loaded correctly and to the appropriate client account
Process client data conversions and merges, working with Sales and internal development staff as needed
Run the billing programs monthly, submitting for invoicing and for providing revenue reports to Sales, Finance and management
Support department with various other processes. Examples include seasonal monitoring of income reallocation file processing and engaging the appropriate people with issues, and copying and deleting data from internal test accounts
About You
You're a fit for the Production Operations Specialist role if your background includes:
A high school diploma / GED, or equivalent experience
Proficiency with MS Office applications, specifically Excel
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Strong data entry skills
