About the Role: 

In the EMEA Growth Marketing Team, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Operations Specialist who can support outbound and inbound campaigns for the SDR Function that align with corporate campaigns and regional initiatives. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Field Marketing Teams and play a key role in planning and executing initiatives that grow CrowdStrike’s market presence and drive qualified pipeline across EMEA. You are passionate about executing campaigns with an analytical mind and love collaborating with other people and teams.  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Collaborate with your Growth Marketing Team and Regional Field Marketing colleagues on campaigns and deliverables to deliver pipeline growth for the region.

  • Create and A/B test content for emails, landing pages, and call scripts across platforms like Outreach, Marketo, and Drift (in multiple languages if applicable).

  • Build regional call and email sequences for the SDR Team and collaborate with the global Translations and Demand Operations Teams to ensure correct localization and lead routing. 

  • Work with the Global Demand Operations Team on auditing and reporting requests as necessary.

  • Prepare and clean contact lists and build dashboards for SDR activations. 

  • Maintain a clean and updated database for effective targeting and segmentation. 

  • Provide training and onboarding support to SDRs for Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense. 

  • Support the Marketing and SDR leaders with performance monitoring, SDR incentivisation, competitor insights, and other recommendations to drive growth, scalability, and efficiency. 

  • Assist the Marketing and Sales leaders in developing and implementing new demand generation strategies for your dedicated segment/regions. 

  • Support regional partner and alliance requests in alignment with the EMEA Growth and Field Marketing Teams. 

What You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. 

  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Italian, or Spanish. 

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing or Sales. 

  • Relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Security. 

  • Passion for data analysis and strong communication skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset and strong ability to build and maintain effective work relationships. 

  • Detail-oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills. 

  

Bonus Points:

  • Fluency in additional languages, such as: German, Danish, Dutch, Portuguese, Swedish. 

  • Prior experience in SDR or Sales related roles. 

  • Proficiency in tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, Knak and Drift. 

  • Prior experience with Marketo, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 

  • Based in Barcelona, Spain or Reading, UK.
