Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Support:
    • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation sessions, and system access setup.
    • Serve as a point of contact for new associates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date associate records in HR systems.
    • Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and documents.
    • Support compliance with company policies and legal requirements by managing documentation and reporting.
  • Associate Engagement:
    • Assist in organizing and executing engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, recognition events, and team-building activities.
    • Act as a resource for associates, addressing inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance the associate experience.
    • Collaborate with the Associate Success team to implement new tools and technologies.
  • General Support:
    • Provide administrative support to HR business partners and leadership as required.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives within the Associate Success function.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.
    • Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documentation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
