Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation sessions, and system access setup.
- Serve as a point of contact for new associates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date associate records in HR systems.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and documents.
- Support compliance with company policies and legal requirements by managing documentation and reporting.
Associate Engagement:
- Assist in organizing and executing engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, recognition events, and team-building activities.
- Act as a resource for associates, addressing inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance the associate experience.
- Collaborate with the Associate Success team to implement new tools and technologies.
General Support:
- Provide administrative support to HR business partners and leadership as required.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives within the Associate Success function.
