About the role
As the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Plum, you will be responsible for driving growth through large-scale distribution partnerships with banks, financial platforms, and people platforms. This key leadership position requires a strategic mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of delivering results through partnerships.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a history of building very large partnerships that have driven substantial growth for their previous organisations. They should be comfortable operating at a strategic level while also being hands-on in driving deals to completion. Additionally, these attributes will improve your odds of success:
- Experience in or deep understanding of the health benefits or insurance industry
- A passion for improving employee health and wellness through innovative solutions
- The ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, including those with insurers, TPAs, and large enterprises
- The ability to articulate Plum's unique value proposition in the context of potential partnerships
