Population Health AdministrationJob Duties Outlined:
PH - Conduct outreach to implement a birth equity network that promotes, maintains, and improves maternal, paternal, and infant health in the African American community.
PH - Provide information on available resources, provide social support and informal counseling, advocate for individuals and community health needs, and provide resources as needed.
PH - Collect data to help identify community health needs and community engagement satisfaction with members of the African American community.
PH - Responsible for establishing trusting relationships with community members, coalitions, providers, and their families while providing general support and encouragement.
OBGYN - Create and monitor the OBGYN BEST application process
OBGYN - Assist with the coordination of the scholarship and BEST program
OBGYN - Coordinate L&D birth equity work
OBGYN - Assist with creating data management form to create equity in our data collection
OBGYN - Coordinate and assist with managing future grants-including the Doula program

Compensation Statement:
The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking. A combination of factors is considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, education, experience and training, qualifications relative to the requirements of the position, and funding. At the University of Kansas Medical Center, a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range, taking into account the combination of factors listed above.
