JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for developing trusted recruiting partnerships with hiring managers through demonstrated recruiting leadership skills.

This position is a remote role and will be supporting Enterprise Service call center team across the United States.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for developing trusted recruiting partnerships with hiring managers through demonstrated recruiting leadership skills.
  • Use proactive recruitment methods to build relationships with potential candidates for employment with Apria.
  • Partner with assigned corporate hiring managers to determine current and future hiring needs.
  • Identify, acquire and maintain non-traditional sourcing strategies to acquire best possible talent.
  • Establish, cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships for future candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct full life cycle recruiting including position posting, sourcing, screening and recommending placement of staff.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure achievement of recruiting goals.
  • Manage candidate activity and provide consistent documentation using the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Manage internal transfer of candidates including screening, coordinating of interviews and offer details.
  • Maintain network of candidates and professional associates through contact and visibility within the local business community.
  • Performs other duties as required.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of full life-cycle recruiting is required. Working with call center recruiting is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System required.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.

  • Excellent written and oral communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong Business Acumen.
  • Knowledge of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, ADA, etc.)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.  It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder.
