Salesforce Inc. seeks Manager, Technical Support Engineering in Burlington, MA:
Job Duties: Serve as a member of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud support team. Manage support team to achieve business objectives including the attainment of targets for customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, service levels, resolution time, and project deadlines. Possess a strong understanding of web-based server-side technologies, including full-stack troubleshooting across Application, Web, and Database layers. Ability to jump on customer bridges and manage customer expectations as well as support customer escalations. Effectively represent the Support department on cross-organizational teams to deliver on organizational objectives. Participate in supporting and troubleshooting Commerce applications built using the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and API. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Telecommunication System Management, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Telecommunication System Management, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer; (2) HTML; (3) AppDynamics; (4) Java; (5) Splunk; (6) Apex; (7) Oracle; (8) TCP/IP; (9) Salesforce; (10) Networking; and (11) SQL (mySQL). Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
