Job Summary:
To administer and coordinate the business and operational activities of a designated clinic. To ensure compliance with applicable clinic and hospital policies and procedures.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a health related field and six (6) years of related experience. Or an equivalence combination of education/experience.

- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources

Responsibilities
- Provides administrative, management, and operational oversight to clinical activities.
- Establishes and implements short- and long-range departmental and program goals and objectives; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness and makes changes as necessary.
- Formulates department budget and monitors expenditures; performs statistical analysis and prepares special reports on financial operations.
- Monitors and facilitates workflow, maximizing utilization of space and resources to provide optimal clinical services and patient care.
- Recommends repairs or renovations to facilities and purchases of equipment; monitors supplies and equipment inventory to assure that adequate levels are maintained to meet objectives.
- Maintains an organizational structure and staffing to accomplish organizational goals and objectives; hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff; plans and schedules work to include physician schedules.
