About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist & Culture Intern to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our human resources and culture initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations and culture development where you will have exposure to co-creating various employee engagement related activities during your internship with us.
We are ideally looking for someone who can intern with us full-time however we will also be open to part-time applications (3day work week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for them into the organization as well as offboarding activities
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition events
- Manage A-Z of HR operations not limited to preparation of all HR related letters, maintaining P-File, HR Documentations etc
- Play an active role in maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and organizational charts
- Assist in gathering HR metrics and data to support reporting and analysis of HR trends and performance
- Contribute to culture-building initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment
- Design and scope content for Tencent Singapore Newsletter, which includes interviewing stakeholders to feature BG projects and updates

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, ideally with prior HR internship experiences
- Strong interest in HR management, organizational culture, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates will be a huge plus
