We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious student to join our Digital HR team for summer 2025! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various members of the Digital HR COE, HR Continuous Improvement and Shared Services Teams. You will focus on HR process, workflow automation, technology and analytics-related projects. We are looking for someone who is skilled in process/data analysis, creative problem-solving, and enjoys leveraging technology solutions to improve human experiences and business effectiveness. This work will also give you the opportunity gain hands on experience with Workday, Servicenow and Power BI.

As a Digital HR Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with Workday / ServiceNow HRIS managers and Global Process Owners to analyze business issues, explore and recommend process improvements, including documenting current/future-state experience and process designs.
  • Participate in requirements definition workshops, document technology solution requirements, create test plans and perform solutions testing.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Portfolio Managers to create project plans and collate project progress updates.
  • Partner with People Analytics leaders to perform data analysis, develop reports, generate business insights and executive presentations

Your profile needs these qualifications:

  • Progress towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources, MIS, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or a related field with a minimum GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written technical communication skills, e.g. making presentations and writing technical data/reports
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Reliable transportation required to get to and from facility each workday
  • Ability to work 40 hrs. per week during the year internship term over the summer

To be eligible for consideration, candidates must:

  • Currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Ingredion does not intend to sponsor work visas with respect to this position or to provide this position as OPT or CPT.
  • Be a currently enrolled student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (with an HR or technology focus). If currently enrolled in an undergrad status, must have completed at least two years of coursework with status as a sophomore, junior or non-graduating senior.
