Position Overview The Property Officer provides frontline operational support for property management services. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the property, coordinates with various stakeholders, and maintains high standards for cleaning, security (where applicable), and general maintenance. Qualifications Education and Experience Higher Diploma/Certificate or above in Facility Management and/or Property Management or equivalent Senior Property Officer: Minimum 4 years of relevant FM/PM experience Property Officer: Minimum 2 years of relevant FM/PM experience Skills and Knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, especially in report writing Fluency in Mandarin preferred Knowledge of Hong Kong Building/Property Management regulations and ordinances Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision Key Responsibilities Operations Management Collaborate with Senior Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager to address specific property requirements Coordinate with Relevant Authorities, departments, operators, and tenants Supervise day-to-day operations including cleaning, security (only at Security Services Locations), and maintenance Ensure compliance with operational standards across all service areas Conduct regular property patrols and respond promptly to incidents Manage cleaning operations, staff scheduling, and quality standards Address tenant and visitor inquiries, complaints, and service requests Tenancy Management Maintain day-to-day communication with tenants Organize and attend regular tenant meetings Update tenant licenses and insurance records Coordinate repair and maintenance activities conducted by tenants and their contractors Conduct tenant premises handover and takeover inspections and documentation Coordinate tenant fit-out activities Respond to tenant needs during emergency situations Procurement Support Assist in preparing procurement documentation Process purchase orders and maintain vendor database Evaluate supplier performance and recommend new vendors Handle administrative tasks related to vendor agreements Event Support Assist in executing activities plans Coordinate manpower and services for events Prepare event reports and monitor Frontline Team performance during events Attend meetings with relevant departments and event organizers Administrative Duties Prepare various operational reports and correspondence Attend meetings and conduct regular property inspections Manage fault/accident handling and ensure regulatory compliance Supervise the Frontline Team, enhance workflow processes, and provide training May work nights and during public holidays/weekends as required Working Conditions On-site position requiring regular property inspections May require flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reporting Structure Reports to: Assistant Property Manager/Senior Property Manager May supervise: Frontline property staff Note: Security-related responsibilities only apply to Security Services Locations.Location:
