We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Puteaux, France. As part of our team, you will perform project coordination to assist our customer in setting up the Red Hat Professional Services team for the Client’s project manage the Professional Services resource plan, work with the Client to define key objectives for the Client’s use of the Professional Services; and update Client on close down of the Professional Services upon consumption of the budget or the project contractual expiration date.
What you will do:
May oversee low complexity projects on a part time basis
Facilitates project logistics/scheduling
Supports project analysis and status reporting
Develops presentations
Works with RMO to ensure adequate project staffing
Accurately maintains all processes, approvals and system tools related to specific projects
Coordinate kick-off and onboarding meetings
Coordinate in defining the way of working
Align with Client to determine the Client’s key objectives for use of the Professional Services for the Client project
Define and manage the allocation of Red Hat consultants subject to the resources available as set forth in the Purchase Summary in the Order Form
Assist with the process for change requests as set forth in Section 3.0 of this Appendix 3
Facilitate periodic status calls/meetings
Coordinate with Red Hat resources to align with the Client’s project schedule
Coordinate with Client and team members
Update Client on close down of project term and budget consumption.
Proactively alert the need of changes in project scope.
Provide frequent on-site monitoring and enforcement of schedules, milestones, and vendor accountability
Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects
Prepare project status reports and present project performance updates to relevant business stakeholders
Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
What you will bring:
Foundational knowledge of Red Hat technology is a plus
Familiar with processes associated with the Services Global Project Management Methodology
Able to maintain all processes, approvals and system tools related to specific projects
Demonstrates traits that, as developed, provide effective team leadership in a project
Supports administration & execution of project time and expenses
Support project accounting setup
Administer project analysis and reporting
Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with stakeholder management and building relationships
Ability to coordinate risks anticipation and alert
Awareness of organizational change management practices
Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
Understanding of software development lifecycles
In depth understanding of project management concepts
Coordinate with geographically distributed teams and assist in training and coaching in order to achieve project goals
Ability to collaborate with a diverse, global, cross-functional team
Experience working with project and portfolio management tools
Experience in an agile environment
More than one year of project management experience
Excellent communication skills in English and French
Willingness to travel regularly
Project management certifications are a plus
