What’s Encouraged Daily

  • Leadership in Complex Projects: Define, Lead, and drive complex multi-disciplinary projects of critical importance involving NAND debugging, failure analysis, identifying root causes, and corrective actions.
  • Subject Matter expert and point of contact on technical issues involving NAND debugging, validation, circuit improvements, and test mode innovations. Provide detailed, expert analysis to team members and managers on project, technical, or innovation issues.
  • Innovate new DFT solutions to reduce the DPM, Test time, yield hit, and cycle time for qualification.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams like Design Engineering, Process, Fab, and test teams on Test mode development, corrective actions, improvements, and innovations.
  • Enable best-in-class production testing capabilities and test time efficiencies for cost reductions.
  • Enable faster development of production DIDs by providing learnings from the spider chips.
  • Lead staging and strategy on future nodes to achieve best-in-class Design and System solutions to improve yield, quality, and test time.
  • Employ analytical skills for high-volume data analysis.
  • Mentorship and Development of Others:
  • Active Participation in Technology Events within and outside of Micron.

How to Qualify

  • 10+ years of product engineering experience in NAND product development interfacing with Design, Fab, Test, and System teams.
  • BSEE, BSCE with 10+ Years of Experience OR MSEE, MSCE with 8+ Years of Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of NAND architecture, process, testing, design for test (DFT), design for Quality, and scaling.
  • Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of NAND memory architecture and operation
  • Knowledge of SSD and mobile NAND products and operation
  • Knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with other groups to build strong partner relationships and meet customers’ needs.
