Summary: As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for defining the data requirements and structure for the application. You will model and design the application data structure, storage, and integration. Your typical day will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the data architecture meets the project requirements and aligns with industry best practices. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that optimize data storage, retrieval, and analysis. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in data architecture - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring adherence to data architecture standards - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Design and implement data models and database structures - Ensure data integrity and security in all data-related processes - Optimize data storage, retrieval, and analysis for efficient data management Professional & Technical Skills: • Agile Approach to AI delivery • Plans development and dependency management • EPIC and feature structure: Story point management and measurement • Consulting on programme delivery good practice and execution for the AI Portfolio of Works • Consulting on improving usage and reporting in Jira and advising on optimum configuration • Consulting on improving project day-to-day ways of working • Consulting and advice for improved metrics and reporting delivery trajectory • Advise and implementation support for Transition activities including, • AI Business adoption, • Business Readiness, • Instantiation of Support, • Test approach to AI and • Transition of Services to BAU • Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities to delivering AI initiatives Nice to have: • Experience of BA, derivation of business requirements with an ability to mentor via requirements elicitation SKILLS/EXPERIENCE • 10+ years as an Agile Delivery Expert • Demonstrable and evidenced delivery of Data Platform, Data Mesh, Data Products • 10+ Jira • 10+ SDLC SME • Comms and business readiness experience • Experience of delivering to business teams, user adoption and engagement • DevSecOps Environment provisioning • Business Analysis – requirements elicitation (nice to have) 5 yrs+ Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Agile Program Management - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
