  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while fostering a collaborative environment, encouraging cross-functional teamwork, knowledge sharing, and effective communication.
  • Develop detailed program plans, including schedules, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk assessments. 
  • Identify and manage initiative dependencies, critical paths, and potential bottlenecks and risks, developing contingency plans and providing timely resolutions to maintain initiative momentum. 
  • Collect, analyze, and track metrics and factors impacting technical contributor/developer productivity and satisfaction. 
  • Collaborate across AI & engineering to enhance research & software development processes. 
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the AI team and across other departments 
  • Demonstrate expertise in running AI projects across multiple departments (Engineering, Training, Sales, etc).
  • Understand the importance of ethical AI and compliance with regulations to ensure AI projects align with these ethical standards and legal requirements.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • 8+ years of proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully managing multiple technical initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Practical understanding, passion, and demonstrated skill in applying AI, machine learning, and data science to business problems and customer-facing products.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams through influence and strategic alignment to business OKRs, especially in an environment of research and emerging technologies. 
  • Proficiency in engineering methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JiraJIRA, Wrike). 
  • Experience in driving and coaching teams in advancing research & software development processes and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey initiative status, updates, and risks to key stakeholders and leadership.
