Position Summary

1. Prevent and manage accidents related to employees by analyzing employees' status and collecting various information from in and outside of the company.
2. Support the labor-management association to mediate the relationship between employees and the company and to minimize employee relations conflicts.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Collecting and analyzing information] Perform the collection and verification of information from various sources based on networking with people from in- and out-side of the company, and reinterpretation and analysis/report of the collected information.

2. [Risk management] Perform the initial response with quick decisions and appropriate actions in case of an emergency and apply proper strategies after analyzing causes and problems.

3. [Prevention management] Perform the monitoring and management of employee demands, irrationalities, risk factors, and records of organization management and analyze vulnerabilities.

4. [Employee relations planning] Draft the detailed strategy based on the analysis of domestic and foreign conditions and organization diagnosis results, and plan legal alternatives by applying the labor-related current laws or their revisions to the company regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures

• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors

• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments

• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
