Your Work Shapes the World at Caterpillar Inc.
When you join Caterpillar, you're joining a global team who cares not just about the work we do – but also about each other. We are the makers, problem solvers, and future world builders who are creating stronger, more sustainable communities. We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.
Caterpillar’s Earthmoving products (Motor Graders (MG), Medium Wheel Loaders (MWL), Medium Tractor Products (MTP) and Paving Products) play a big role in helping our customers build a better world. Our customers are increasingly facing environmental regulations and commercial pressures to use machines that reduce emissions beyond the strictest diesel emissions standards. This challenge means our product development teams must be proactive in developing new machines with ground-breaking fuel efficiency (such as advanced powertrains) or zero emissions. If you’re a seasoned engineer and this sounds like a challenge, you’d like to be part of taking on, then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team as a Senior Engineering Specialist! In this role, you will focus your time on advanced electrification concepts and implementing systems for the product development teams across the Earthmoving division. You will not only focus on performance, but how the system components and architecture affect machine cost, as well the overall machine efficiency.
Apply today to make a difference in the world while propelling your career forward!
