What You Will Do:
 

• Pull employee travel claims, expense claims, reimbursement forms etc
• Understand the Company policy on employee reimbursements.
• Understand the Approval Matrix
• Approve/reject the claim after verifying the support documents with the claim.
• Manage the mailboxes and workflow management system.
• Communicate with employees and subcontractors to gather required information.
• Report audit findings on periodical basis

What You Will Need:
 

• Master’s degree in finance or any related fields
• 0-2 years experience in Audit works
• Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Must have excellent communication skill to contact with US clients
• Report drafting skills – Write precisely and effectively
• Excellent Excel skills
• Working knowledge in all MS Office products
