Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring that applications are designed and built to meet the needs of the business. You will also be responsible for configuring and customizing applications based on user requirements, ensuring that they are aligned with industry best practices. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes and practices, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Design and implement application features and enhancements. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Configure and customize applications to meet user requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes and practices. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance. - Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks. - Knowledge of data management and data quality concepts. - Experience with data modeling and metadata management. - Familiarity with data governance tools and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data integration and ETL tools. - Experience with data analytics and reporting tools. - Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations. - Experience with agile software development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance. - This position is based in Gurugram. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
