  • Use Opportunity Solution Trees (OST) to map problems, explore solutions, and make data-informed prioritization decisions for program development.
  • Actively validate assumptions about internal needs and challenges, iterating on solutions based on insights from cross-functional teams.
  • 2. Tooling and Platform Management
  • Own and enhance the unified experimentation tooling and platform, ensuring scalability, ease of use, and integration into existing workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to prioritize and implement platform features that align with user needs and program goals.
  • Proactively gather feedback from internal teams to continuously improve the platform's functionality and adoption.
  • 3. Standardized Processes and Governance
  • Develop, document, and maintain standardized experimentation frameworks and workflows, ensuring consistency across teams and regions.
  • Establish robust governance policies that promote ethical experimentation practices, data accuracy, and actionable insights.
  • Serve as the arbiter for best practices in experiment design, ensuring statistical rigor and alignment with company goals.
  • 4. Organizational Education and Enablement
  • Design and deliver ongoing education programs to enable teams to effectively conduct experiments at scale.
  • Create and maintain a library of training resources, templates, and documentation for self-service learning.
  • Facilitate workshops and hands-on sessions to onboard new teams and deepen organizational expertise in experimentation.
  • 5. Stakeholder Collaboration and Advocacy
  • Partner with product, engineering, design, and business teams to embed continuous discovery and experimentation into their day-to-day work.
  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for the value of experimentation within the organization, ensuring buy-in from senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Share successes, learnings, and best practices from the experimentation program to foster alignment and knowledge sharing across regions.
  • 6. Continuous Improvement and Impact Measurement
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the experimentation program, including NVOIE, and platform fitness score.
  • Regularly analyze program performance to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use insights gained from continuous discovery to refine and scale the program's impact.

You Have:

  • Proven experience in product management with a strong emphasis on experimentation, data-driven decision-making, or internal tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in continuous discovery practices and using frameworks like Opportunity Solution Trees (OST).
  • Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies (e.g., MAB (Multi Armed Bandits) Contextual Bandits,, A/B testing, geo testing) and statistical principles.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with the ability to work across diverse teams and geographies.
  • 1+ years of experience in managing or implementing experimentation tooling (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, or custom solutions).
