Project Manager (Contact Center) – Bangalore/Pune/Chennai/Gurgaon – 5 - 10 Years

About the team 

This team will be responsible for IVR development using the latest technologies available such as Nuance Mix, NLU, Voice biometrics etc.

What you will be doing:

  • Ability to put together detailed plans that set out the goals, schedule, resources, and key steps for projects.

  • Ability to work with all relevant stakeholders like clients, sponsors, business partners and support teams. Keep everyone updated, manage expectations, and manage hurdles or challenges with clear communication.

  • Experience in budgeting and financial management. Forecast finances and make data-driven decisions.

    Attention to details and ability to keep detailed records and updating stakeholders throughout the project.

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Come up with solutions quickly and adjust to new challenges to keep projects on track.

What you bring:

  • 5 to 10yrs of experience as Project Manager in driving Contact Center Technologies projects.

  • Strong knowledge of Contact Center environment and operations

  • Project management; Stakeholder management; Good communication skills; Problem solving; Financial management;
