Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and protecting enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your typical day will involve applying your expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and implement Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure access to enterprise systems and applications. - Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. - Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate security risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and technologies to protect against cyber threats. - Provide technical guidance and support to other teams on security-related issues and initiatives. Requirement: Minimum 1-2 years of experience working on Identity management solutions including Microsoft Active Directory, and Active Directory Federation Services, Azure Active directory Knowledge on PAM tools like Beyondtrust or Cyberark, Public key infrastructure, multi-factor authentication technologies, Microsoft Identity Manager Key responsibilities Provide day to day operational support within IAM, working on incident tickets and service requests Good working knowledge of ITSM processes, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management etc. Documentation skills to prepare runbooks, SOPs Good problem solving & troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills are highly essential Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS. - Experience with security assessments and vulnerability management tools. - Solid grasp of network and system security principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
