We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Claims leader! This exciting opportunity will allow you to drive results by mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of Commercial Claims Specialists. As a supervisor in Commercial Claims, you will play a vital role in the company's success by helping your team make smart decisions in processing and settling first & third party, property damage commercial claims. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving results, helping others, and bringing energy and enthusiasm to the team.

Salary: $82,000 - $106,500, commensurate with experience and location

This is a Hybrid position - working in office 4 days a week

Commercial Claims Supervisor experience required - 1 year minimum

Adjusters Insurance License Preferred

Must attain and maintain the required licenses issued by state insurance departments
Must be able to communicate in a clear, empathic and professional manner by verbal and/or digital communication channels
Must perform duties at a stationary workstation
Must be able to handle difficult conversations and stressful situations
Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
