This position is responsible for ensuring market access for the company’s products, as well as building and strengthening effective external relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining access to sources of information and influencing government’s healthcare policy via adherence to company and industry-defined standards of ethics and behavior.
Your responsibilities
Conduct market analyses of national and regional legislation, healthcare financing structures, and budgetary trends to identify impacts on product access.
Monitor changes in healthcare laws, standards, clinical guidelines, and external environment to spot opportunities for improving market entry and reimbursement.
Assess the patient journey and regulatory framework, proposing improvements to optimize access and simplify treatment pathways.
Develop short- and long-term market access strategies and tactical plans to increase product inclusion in public funding and reimbursement programs.
Map stakeholders, analyze their needs and decision-making processes across reimbursement segments, and build strategic partnerships with payers, authorities, HCPs, and health organizations.
Create value propositions, algorithms, and evidence packages; engage with international NGOs and patient organizations to support joint projects and strengthen market introduction.
Drive implementation and monitoring of market access strategies, organize local conferences and roundtables, and maintain stakeholder engagement to remove barriers and track adoption.
Who you are:
University Degree (Medical / Pharmaceutical / Economic / Marketing/ MBA).
At least 3 year experience in the healthcare industry (medical devices/pharmaceuticals).
Government affairs experience with international companies; working history in government institutions is preferable.
Experience in implementing strategic objectives in the field of increasing the availability of medicines in public funding programs.
Strong Communication, organization & coordination skills.
Ability to multi-task, strong analytical skills and a Team player.
Fluent in English, Russian and Kazakh.
