Job Description:

JR Automation is seeking a Lead IT Analyst to be a key member of our Information and Communication Technology (ICT) team. In this role you’ll provide industry leading analysis and services covering all aspects of JR Automation’s IT environment. Based in Holland, MI, this role reports directly to the Director of ICT Services and has a strong emphasis on Project Management and ServiceNow experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project Management responsibilities

  • ServiceNow Management / Support

  • Manage and maintain all ICT related documentation (Policies, Procedures, Contracts, etc.)

  • Provide Audit support (HITCO, JSOX, etc.) to the ICT team.

  • Data analysis and reporting utilizing available tools (Power BI, ServiceDesk Analytics, etc.)

  • Backup support for Licensing / Contract Management, CAPEX requests, Inventory / Asset Management

  • Assist in the creation and analysis of functional specifications for technology systems and working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements.

  • Collaborate with process owners, developers, and others in the ICT Team to design and implement efficient systems to meet both business and technical needs.

  • Skills in designing, reporting, and documenting implementations, and solutions.

  • Develop new IT methods and solutions for the business.

  • Analyze current IT systems, architectures, policies, and procedures in efforts to increase efficiency.

  • Continuous improvement of all things related to the JR ICT department.

  • Train clients on the updated policies and procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred. Professional experience and other degrees, education, and/or certifications will be considered.

  • 5+ years of related work experience in an IT and/or Manufacturing environment.

  • Solid experience with ServiceNow

  • Project Management experience

  • Ability to work both independently and with distributed team structures.

  • Knowledge of ITIL, NIST 800 (HITCO), SOX / J-SOX preferred.

  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of IT industry best practices and experience with both hardware and software systems.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to learn and/or expand knowledge with Power BI and ServiceNow Analytics and Management.
