About the Role

We're a fast-scaling, Series D/E AI-powered professional services platform with over 1,000 customers across 58+ countries — and we're hiring a Compensation Business Partner to join our People team embedded within our Engineering, Product & Design (EPD) organization.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a seasoned compensation professional who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and people. You'll be the go-to advisor for EPD leaders, helping us attract and retain world-class technical talent in one of the most competitive hiring markets in tech. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, requiring at least three days per week in-office to stay closely embedded with the teams you support.

Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with EPD Leaders: Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to Engineering, Product & Design leaders — guiding decisions on candidate offers, promotions, and pay adjustments with a clear, data-driven approach that balances competitiveness, internal equity, and long-term impact.

  • Enable Recruiting: Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to craft compelling, market-aligned offers that land top candidates. Provide training, tools, and coaching so the recruiting team can confidently discuss compensation and equity with candidates.

  • Drive Market Insights: Analyze compensation survey data to set and continuously refine salary and equity ranges, ensuring the company stays competitive as the market evolves.

  • Support Compensation Programs: Contribute to the design and execution of compensation cycles, equity refresh programs, and job architecture frameworks — with a particular focus on EPD roles.

  • Simplify Complexity: Translate nuanced compensation concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences including executives, HRBPs, and individual contributors.
