ABOUT THIS POSITION

Location - Hybrid (2-3 days in office) in Mountainview, CA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Program Manager to lead complex SAP implementations and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP technologies in manufacturing, or power & utilities sectors, strong project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
•Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies aligned with business objectives.
•Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
•Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
•Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, business users, and IT teams.
•Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
•Change Management: Drive organizational change and adoption of new SAP solutions.
•Financial Management: Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
•Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
•Problem-Solving: Analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
•Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
