What You’ll Do:

Are you a recognized Sourcing Manager and Souring subject matter expert who’s proficient in utilizing data insights and industry intelligence to gain a strategic sourcing advantage? If so, you’re in luck! CACI is currently seeking a creative and dynamic Sourcing & Talent Research Manager to develop and optimize complex, scalable, and best-practice sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You will lead a team of talented Sourcers who are re-defining how we engage and source technical talent while working in parallel to accelerate the maturation of CACI’s sourcing organization.

More About the Role:

  • Proactively develop and evolve strategic sourcing strategies while working in parallel to develop an ongoing talent pipeline to make a positive impact on hiring goals.
  • Gather and maintain market research on industries, skill sets and competitors to strategically advise key stakeholders on the talent market landscape.
  • Acts as a thought leader to challenge cross-functional teams, elevate performance, and ensure continuous improvement throughout.
  • Proactively seeks and establishes new relationships within the organization to drive cross functional collaboration at all levels.
  • Drives implementation of dynamic sourcing vision to enable optimal results. Translates broader vision into tactical action plan that can be executed on by the sourcing team.
  • Maintain and improves processes that position team as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisors across the recruiting enterprise.
  • Lead a high performing sourcing team that is responsible to attract and engage passive talent by researching, creating, and executing creative sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to deliver high quality, thorough and accurate work on deadlines through successful navigation of shifting customer requirements and competing organizational demands.
  • Instills a data driven approach throughout the team that promotes visibility, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Communicate and present measures of success to leadership by tracking metrics and generating reports.
  • Experiment with new technologies and drive business decisions with data. 
  • Communicates effectively to drive cross functional collaboration at all levels.
  • Maintain data integrity by utilizing our CRM and ATS systems.
  • Travel occasionally for hiring events and/or other recruitment-related activities.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive sourcing experience including leading and developing direct reports
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams including negotiations with vendors and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Phenom or similar CRM software is ideal. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results through process development and governance oversight.
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated mastery in building and maintaining interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to execute sourcing strategies and track metrics to quantify results.
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders using multiple methods and data.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume environment and delivering quality pipelines of candidates under very tight timelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office specifically with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with a sense of personal accountability.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
