About the Role
Pipeline Management:Roles And Responsibilities
Pipeline Management
Develop overall funnel strategy and structure, implement initiatives and drive towards targets
Strengthen Sales team’s (Elite PIC) go-to-market strategies in activating more Recruiters, via:
Ensure Brand Awareness through effective Digital Marketing
Monitor and manage coding process
Design and govern selection criteria
Analyse data to identify the performance of each pipeline’ conversion ratio and areas for improvement. Identify next action and facilitate with Sales team to communicated on execution plan
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by HOD in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
Response to system changes, facilitate and manage all change management communications to impacted collaborators
Performance Management:
Drive company’s key strategies to monitor overall Elite Academy’s performance, training and development activities
Align to other team’s initiatives to maximise overall Elite’s productivity
Monitor Elite’s Training and Supervision report are correct to ensure bonus payout are made in timely manner
Consolidate and Manage nationwide’s Elite’s Appeals to ensure its being resolved on timely basis to avoid late bonus / commission payout
Monitor Leaders Watchlist and coordinate with Sales team to ensure actions are being followed up closely to see improvement in Elite retention
Monitor quality of SBSG via coordination with Sales Team to facilitate Parents Day to ensure that the 8-steps Reporting Process is conducted correctly
Provide Advisory to Sales team on any support required in managing their go-to-market strategies
Generate ad-hoc reports for Sales team when required, for targeted approach needed in supporting ‘slow-moving’ agencies
Ensure all communication to Elites and Recruiters are sent out in timely manner on right platforms; Welcome Email, Onboarding, Events
Response to system changes, facilitate and manage all change management communications to impacted collaborators
Continuous monitoring for process improvement in any areas for effective and efficient tracking or reporting purposes
