Job Summary:
To serve as primary liaison and administrator of supply chain data systems; including the item master system. Responsible for item file data maintenance, standardization, and synchronization of electronic requisitions. Maintain data systems and resolve data-related issues. To plan, coordinate and implement security measures related to supply chain data system. Coordinate and manage break/fix issue or changes to the workday supply chain application and interfaces.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Management or related degree plus four (4) years related experience; two (2) of which must have been in a supervisory capacity or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of financial reporting, inventory management and analytical experience. Advanced experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications, add ons, excel and access is required.
Responsibilities
- Monitors system files to optimize system performance; identifies and resolves related issues. Manages and assures consistency with all item master updates including conventions, units of measure and gs1 standards.
- Provides technical expertise on supply chain management systems to user and technical personnel with system performance. Provides and assures data standardization and data conversions, assures gs1 standardization, performs data mining from legacy systems. Coordinates synchronization of data elements with the primary distribution partner for use in bulk and lum inventory management.
- Reviews, develops, and designs data naming conventions and facilitate application development. Oversees the assignment of new item master records and modification of existing records for consistent flow in clinical operations.
- Coordinates with dis staff to test programs or data, correct errors and make necessary modifications.
- Monitors and implements security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification, or disclosure; assists with disaster recovery activities.
- Remains current on supply chain data administration technology; mentors and acts as a resource for lower level staff.
- Responsible for oversight of the point of use technologies to support clinical operations. This includes routine maintenance, new location set up, enhancement of system use for inventory and utilization management. Participates in activities related to forecasting and velocity for all clinical supplies.
- Coordinates data uploads for supply chain analytic partners and the GPO and acts as primary liaison with the department of information systems, implementation partners, department management, and executive management.
- Responsible for compiling and extraction of data for reports as requested by chief of supply chain and other supply chain departments. Performs high level analytics to identify trends and opportunities for standardization, efficiency and cost reduction.
- Manage the supply chain electronic data warehouse and data access systems.
