As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for helping execute on a competitive strategy for Spark Shopper that exceeds customer and client expectations, maintain an operating model that maximizes team effectiveness and engagement, and lead projects that enhance the end-to-end experience for customers, shoppers, and clients with a focus on fraud mitigation and risk management. How will you contribute to the success of the team?
Strategic Execution: Develop and execute strategies that propel Spark Shopper ahead of the competition.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of two Manager associates, ensuring high performance and engagement.
Project Management: Lead critical projects aimed at enhancing customer, shopper, and client experiences.
Risk Management: Implement robust fraud mitigation and risk management practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to drive initiatives and achieve common goals.
Financial Management:
Finance PMO: Oversee financial planning and analysis, including program P&L, forecasting, and CP planning.
KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators such as % CP, indirect revenue, and program profitability.
Financial Initiatives: Lead initiatives related to pricing, monetization, and investments.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
