The Recruiting Operatons Support Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; recruiting, candidate management, and administrative tasks, completing a range of recruitment administrative duties in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team. This role also provides support services such as record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, in coordination with the Regional TA and Operations - Core Team. Lastly, the Ops Sup Analyst 2 serves as the liaison between candidate, recruiters, relationship managers, and hiring managers. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Talent Acquisition and HR team.

In this role, you are expected to:

  • Provides recruiting support such as managing live requisitions, status monitoring across the recruitment workflow, review and securing approval of candidate declarations.

  • manage scheduling, monitoring of candidate status, and conducting the initial assessment for the hiring

  • Supports candidate management by sending reminders and answering basic hiring and onboarding inquiries.

  • Perform scheduling, and call outs to communicate basic information about the role and assessing interest of the candidates for the role.

  • Conduct initial screening to gauge candidate suitability and present qualified candidate to the Hiring Manager.

  • Assist senior professionals in coordinating and administering programs and activities covering multiple TA and HR activities

  • Works closely with TAO and recruiter in providing onboarding administration support such as generation, review and approval of offer letters, sending out of welcome emails, collection of pre-employment requirements and other related administrative activities.

  • Assists in adhoc strategic projects.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • Ensure consistent application of team process controls

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 1-2 years relevant experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Interview skills

  • Analytical skills to be able to match profile with business requirement

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of operational support utilizing Workday or similar system experience

  • Experience with MS Office including strong Excel skills

  • Superior communication and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and often competing demands

  • Strong customer service orientation, strong interpersonal skills; demonstrates confidence and ease with individuals at all levels within the corporation

  • Able to coordinate delivery with all levels of stakeholder with a strong focus on meeting commitments, multiple deadlines and competing demands

  • Strong attention to detail and experience of drafting clear and appropriate correspondence, reports, adverts and job descriptions

  • Strong administrative and analytical skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

  • Self-motivated and detail oriented

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
