CACI's Global Enterprise Services program is seeking a Systems Engineer 4 to support its Maryland customer.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Must possess a solid understanding of event management, system/application health server operating system, agent and agentless monitoring, network, application and end-point performance, tuning and measurements. The candidate will ensure the COTS products function properly in a secure environment with PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL/TLS communications

  • Support extending/scaling services to the client’s private cloud to include infrastructure automations and pushing metrics into/retrieving metrics from the cloud for manipulation, reporting and visualization.

  • Must have strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills and be customer-focused and results-oriented. Must be able to work in a collaborative environment. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be customer-focused.

  • Assist with testing and deploying hotfixes/patches/new releases of the EM Tools suite, including testing of custom applications following patches/upgrades.

  • Assist with development of knowledge articles, documentation, and work instructions used by the Tools Team and tools users.



You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 25 years of experience and HS/GED OR bachelors and 20 years of experience. 

  • Experience in Python, R, JavaScript, or Perl programming; or UNIX scripting

  • Experience integrating with the OpenText Enterprise Management tools suite

  • Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in Linux/UNIX commands

  • Proficient in Windows Server OS

  • IAT Level 2

  • CompTIA Security+ CE



These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Application/SA Experience with the OpenText Ops Bridge Suite

  • Experience with OpenText Application Performance Management (APM)

  • Experience with OpenText Business Process Monitor (BPM)

  • Experience with OpenText OPTIC Data Lake

  • Experience with OpenText Operations Bridge Reporter (OBR)

  • Experience with operating data analytics apps (Splunk or Elastic ELK)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

$119,800 - $263,600
