As a consultant within the LTR team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud experience working in large projects Requirement gathering, User Story, BA Lifecycle, Ticketing, Problem solving, Communication Cloud.

·       CPQ experience is nice to have.

·       Very good communication skills.

·       Good to have Salesforce advance certifications.

·       Strong experience in Customization.

·       Ensure the salesforce platform developed meets the functional system design, business requirements and software release criteria.

·       Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.

·       Participate in system and user acceptance testing efforts.

·       Support the development team by communicating requirements and specifications.

·       Document and track software defects and enhancements including root cause.

·       Superior problem solving and organizational skill.
