Job Summary:
Executes various activities related to Quality Systems management, such as corrective actions, batch record reviews, documentation maintenance, supplier quality and audit program administration to ensure effective, efficient compliance with ISO standards, cGMP’s and customer expectations.
Hours: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM Mon-Thurs
Duties and Responsibilities:
Use and monitoring of manual and software system programs utilized within the quality management system.
Understand terms and processes as it relates to the production and testing of products
Identify areas in which additional quality support or corrective and/or preventative actions are needed
Provide training and support on quality systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality system standards.
Assist in maintaining and communicating the company’s quality policies and procedures.
Issue and audit batch records and manufacturing procedures
Assist in ISO and internal audits as necessary
Assist with the writing of Standard Operating Procedures, product standards and batch records, and other documentations under direction of the Quality Manager
Assist in documenting all changes in the change control system
Maintain all records associated with operations including, but not limited to, completed batch records, on-site training records, completed validations, calibration records, and completed qualification records
Provide real time troubleshooting and support to operations as it relates to quality methods and issues
Possess an understanding of terms and processes as it relates to the production and testing of products
Compile data to support trending program
Enforce compliance with product batch records and standards
Aid in enforcing safety and hygiene standards in the manufacturing area and laboratory
Assist QC personnel on releasing incoming raw and/or packaging materials
Assist in performing investigations on minor nonconformances

Education and Experience
Minimum High school diploma/GED required; one to three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional education desirable.
