Rock Dental Brands is a group of doctors who provide multidisciplinary care in General Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics and Oral Surgery. Job Summary:

Under limited supervision, the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is responsible for Compliance of State and Federal rules and regulations as they pertain to Westrock Orthodontics, Leap Kids Pediatric Dentistry, Impact Oral Surgery, and Rock Family Dental clinics. The CCO is also responsible for Quality Assurance through peer review, continuing education, and evaluation of quantitative results based on accepted clinical guidelines and customer satisfaction and value.

The CCO is a permanent member of the Dental Executive Committee, instrumental in doctor relations, clinical operations, and compliance policies and procedures. Additionally, the  CCO is responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and safety is maintained within facilities. The CCO must be abreast of changing guidance and requirements and spearhead training and awareness to ensure compliance.  The CCO serves as the clinical professional staff supervisor, and will travel to offices to provide support and counsel to staff when needed.

Job Duties:

  • Executes compliance and quality assurance components in accordance with company’s vision, service platform, and dental philosophy.

  • Ensures execution of operational standards, including compliance within established company policies, procedures, and government regulations.

  • Communicates with Area Managers regularly to ensure they have the information, tools, and support needed to perform their jobs as they pertain to compliance and quality assurance effectively and successfully.

  • Responds to doctor, patient, and employee grievances, complaints, and inquiries when necessary.

  • Actively works to build and sustain doctors relations.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 10+ Years of clinical experience required; 5-10 years of progressively responsible dental management industry experience preferred with an emphasis on compliance.

  • Have knowledge of regulatory guidelines and issues relating to dental compliance.

  • Have knowledge of nationally recognized and accepted clinical guidelines for multiple dental specialties.

  • Have knowledge and experience in quality assurance and quantitative peer review processes.

  • Have knowledge of quality management.

  • Must be analytical and detail oriented, with solid organizational and communication skills.

  • Must be goal and deadline oriented.

  • College degree or equivalent experience.

Essential Job Functions:

Will require travel as necessary.

Location: This position is located in Little Rock, Arkansas at Rock Dental Brand’s state of the art Support Center.
