Salary: From: £38,800.00+
Duration: Fixed Term (approx. 14 months)

About IPSD
Caterpillar’s Industrial Power Systems Division (IPSD) designs, tests and manufactures 0.5 to 18L Cat® and Perkins engines that power over 5000 applications including Marine, Petroleum, Industrial Applications, Electric Generators, and Locomotives. Job Summary
Reporting to the Organisational &Talent Development Manager, this role will lead a variety of tasks focused on early talent development and the coordination of our apprenticeship programs. It’s an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of supporting the early talent joining our business.
The role incudes coordinating the recruitment, development and support of our apprentices on the Peterborough site. From looking at social media campaigns, to attending events, working internally to collaborate with our talent acquisition team, getting into the detail of organizing engagement days, onboarding process and working with apprentice providers, this role is certainly varied, with processes supporting everything that we do.
