Job Description:

Job Title: Hospice CNA/Aide

Location: Kalamazoo and Van Buren Counties

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Your Role as a Hospice CNA/Aide: In this role, you'll be providing personal healthcare and essential services to our hospice patients in the comfort of their homes. You’ll help maintain a safe and clean environment, assist patients with daily living activities, and act as a vital link in communicating patient needs and changes to your supervisor. Your kindness, empathy, and dedication will be crucial to delivering top-notch care that supports both our patients and their families.

What You Bring:

  • CNA License: A valid CNA license in the state of application is required.

  • Positive Attitude: A compassionate and caring approach to patient care.

  • Strong Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.

  • Reliable Transportation: You must have a driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and current auto insurance.

  • Location Advantage: Residing within the service area is preferred to reduce travel time.

  • Experience: Prior hospice or home health experience is a plus.
