Job Description

The Territory Services Manager (TSM) is a leadership position within the Lifecycle Services (LCS) organization. The TSM is responsible for the profitable delivery and operational excellence of the LCS Delivery business, mainly the Field Labor Business, in assigned territories. You are a key member of the local Territory Sales Office leadership teams and have a combined responsibility for small project field delivery, service contracts, embedded contracts, maintenance agreements, and scheduled and emergency call out. You will lead the development and execution of business strategy and initiatives through a team of field technical support, project resources, field engineers, professionals, alliances resources, and other resources as required. You will report to the North America Lifecycles Field Services Manager.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent years of experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

  • Develop and implement business plans for Field labor.
  • Provide commercial support in securing any Field Labor business.Responsible for deployment of Field Serve Engineers for projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between other businesses that would utilize Field Labor for Start-up & Commissioning
  • Primary escalation point for issues related to field labor.
  • Coach and provide guidance to Field Service Engineers, Proposal Leads, and Project Admins
  • Provide forecasting information for Field Labor business
  • Develop and justify all resource planning for Field Labor
  • Provide input for generating and pricing proposals
  • Knowledgeable on Rockwell business systems
  • Manage the utilization of Field Service Engineer's in the territory
  • Occasional escalation point for issues related to Training and Technical Support (Tech Connect)
